Masha has spent years fusing her love for dance and expertise in hospitality to have ACE become Los Angeles’ only event staffing company which is comprised of working and professional dancers who are also highly skilled servers. Prior to founding ACE Masha was the Catering Manager to the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, Special Events & Sales Manager at Avalon Hotel in Beverly Hills and Private Events Manager at the historic landmark, Culver Hotel. With years of education, personal and professional experience backing her Masha takes pride in overseeing all operations and programs the most unique and sought after entertainment for all occasions ensuring that each clients needs are not just met but exceeded.  Masha is a sought after planner who understands that the interactive experience with the guests is what leaves a lasting impression during the event and goes above and beyond to give each and every client the event they dreamed of.
Gerran Reese has been choreographing and consulting for ACE since its inception. Gerran has been featured on X­Factor, America’s Got Talent, The View, Dancing with the Stars and the Grammy’s. He fuses styles of street-jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary movement to make the audience feel emotion and a part of the experience through his interactive dance.  Gerran customizes each experience and always takes a creative spin to provide next level performances. Gerran’s motto is “Art is forever” and is constantly seeking ways to inspire and take dance to a higher level of performance, skill and versatility. He is inspired by developing concepts and loves working with corporate clients to help brand their business thru artistic movement.  When he is not teaching, touring or directing, you can find him traveling around the world spreading his love of dance.
